Set in 1978 Italy, the movie follows the story of Vikramaditya, a world-famous palmist who falls in love with a beautiful and clumsy doctor, Dr. Prerana. Despite being sceptical about palmistry, Prerana seeks Vikramaditya’s help when she is diagnosed with an incurable disease. However, when Vikramaditya predicts her a bright future, Prerana is hopeful until she discovers his diary, where she learns of his sacrifice. The movie culminates in a stormy sea adventure that tests Vikramaditya’s beliefs and will to survive, leading to a heartwarming reunion with Prerana.
